Order preparation and delivery

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier on business days. Standard delivery is estimated within 6-9 business days in total from order confirmation in Italy and within 9-12 business days in total in other European Union countries. These estimates include order preparation and may vary during public holidays, high-volume periods or because of carrier disruption.

Free shipping within the European Union

Standard delivery is free for all orders to the 27 European Union member countries. We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway. No customs duties apply to deliveries between European Union countries.

Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. The customer pays the return shipping cost: €9 from Italy and Spain and €12 from other EU countries, deducted from the refund when the LESNOIS return label is used. Returns of defective, damaged or incorrect items are free. See our Return and refund policy.
