Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on public holidays.

Shipping in Italy Shipping is free on all orders in Italy. Deliveries are handled by DHL or Poste Italiane within 6–9 business days from dispatch.

Shipping in Europe We ship throughout Europe via DHL. Delivery times are 9–12 business days. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Returns and refunds For information on returns and refunds, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
