Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing store@lesnois.com. We will send you the instructions and return shipping label. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Item condition

Shoes must be tried on indoors only and returned unworn and clean, with unmarked soles, labels, accessories and original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required. For returns made under the EU right of withdrawal, the customer is liable only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

European Union right of withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may be exercised without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. Our commercial policy extends the total return-request period to 30 days. After notifying us of the withdrawal, the product must be sent without undue delay and, for the statutory withdrawal, within the following 14 days.

Return cost

Initial standard delivery is free, while the direct cost of return shipping is paid by the customer. When using the label supplied by LESNOIS, €9 will be deducted from the refund for returns from Italy and Spain, or €12 for returns from other European Union countries. The charge applies once per return parcel.

Size exchanges

Contact us before shipping to request a size exchange. The customer pays the return cost shown above; standard delivery of the replacement size is free once per order and subject to availability.

Damage, defects or incorrect items

Inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective or incorrect. In these cases, we will arrange the return or replacement at no cost to the customer. Statutory guarantee rights remain unaffected.

Exceptions

Personalised or made-to-order items and gift cards cannot be returned, except where required by law. Promotional items may be returned under the same conditions stated above.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus the return-label cost. Any additional amount paid for a delivery service other than free standard delivery is not refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact store@lesnois.com.
